Application of solar powered sludge drying
The annual sludge production in Chinese cities reaches 30 million tons, with a moisture content of 80%, and the market prospects for sludge treatment are very broad. The solar air collector absorbs solar radiation energy, converts it into hot air, and sends it into the drying room through a fan to dry the sludge. The dried sludge is crushed, collected, and reused. The heat generated by solar drying is readily available, highly efficient, and inexhaustible. And the operating costs are very low.
